Halloween

Emily had a full day on her first Halloween. First, she got to meet her Great Grandma Velda.
Next, her cousins Lauren (6yrs), Cole (4yrs), and Cooper (1yr) came to town; she was so excited to sit with them.
Last, Emily got all dressed up to take pictures with the kids before they went trick or treating.

Around We Go

Last week we put together Emily's toy table - Around We Go. Soon she will be able to move her seat around the entire table to play with everything, but for now we have to move her from section to section. The plan was to have a video of Emily SHOWING everyone her favorite parts of the toy and what she likes to do. Instead, in true Emily fashion, she decided to just TELL you about it.

First Costume Party

Tonight was Emily's first costume party!! As you already know, Emily is a flower this year so Daddy and Mama decided to be gardeners. Being Emily's caretakers didn't seem like much of a stretch!

Emily's First Pumpkin

Daddy brought home Emily's first pumpkin on Friday and what a pumpkin it is! Mama had mentioned wanting to take pictures of Emily in a pumpkin and as he said, "I bought into the vision." Boy did he ever - there is a reason it is called a "Big Mac."

Legs were getting a bit tired...

Last weekend Emily's Great Aunt Patty and Great Aunt Maureen came in from California to meet her. It was a really fun weekend and Emily thinks their names are fitting - they are GREAT!

Four Months

Four months come and gone... WOW! Emily is loving life and always so happy. Some of her favorite things are - the baby in the mirror, Mama trying to eat her, napping :), and Daddy's song before bed. Emily is still "teething" so she is constantly drooling, and gnawing on anything she can get a hold of. Here are the latest pictures partnered with last month and month 1.

It's October

Happy month of Halloween!!

So far Emily is enjoying October. Here are a few of her reasons...

It is the only month that orange and black are a good combination in a little girl's wardrobe.

In October, pumpkin hats are widely encouraged and she likes hers!

The weather is cooler so she is able to help Mama in the yard.
