Friday Night: Dinner + Meeting Adam Jr!

Friday night was the wedding rehearsal followed by a western themed dinner, hosted by Mimi and Papa.
We did not dress very "westerny"...
but Everett did fit in with Great Great Aunt Dorothy in the hat department.
There was a lot of mingling, eating,
people watching,
and relaxing going on.
Until... Everett got to meet Adam Jr. for the first time!
"Hey, I'm Everett. Nice to meet you! Can I stick my hand in your mouth?"
"Come here... I won't hurt you!"
"I totally dig your bib, Adam."
"Come on! Can't I just grab you a little?"
"How about your shirt? Just a little grab on your sleeve."
"Oh look, a camera! Forget the sleeve, let's hold hands!"
The night was fun but long for the babies - Especially after a long day and night before. Everett fell asleep as we did figure eights on the sidewalk while waiting for our car...
but was ready to talk about the fun when we were back at the hotel getting ready for bed!
PS Daddy hand stitched Everett's purple tie to help me out during the packing and prep :)

What a great family photo, I love it! Love the hand-stiched tie as well, what a great daddy Paul is! Looks like you had so much fun at the rehearsal dinner, can't wait to hear about the wedding!

Oh, boy, a rehearsal dinner and you got to meet another cousin! And I love your tie (nice stitching, Daddy)! Can't wait to see more photos from the big wedding day...

Yea for cousins getting to hang out! Love how close they are already! I seem to remember a certain Morris child who was also very friendly with sticking her hand into another little girls mouth. :) Must run in the family! Haha!

Everett is part octopus! Lucky he has only two hands as he's very efficient with just two! Doubt Adam has had as much poking and squeezing before or since! I can hardly wait for them to be together again when I can just soak it in more!
Love ~mimi
Excellent crafting Daddy! on BOTH projects!!
