March 19th, 2014 at 4PM CST - Boba was scheduled to be born via cesarean section. So, in celebration and anticipation of the birth, we went to enjoy a little boba of our own after lunch. Emily had a pink striped straw to indicate her hopes for a girl...
and Everett had blue stripes since he thought a boy was coming.
He also had a LOT of boba. Not surprisingly, a fruity drink with gummy chews inside was right up his alley. And, since we were really celebrating, we popped in next door to get a little froyo.
Not surprisingly, Emily thought chocolate frozen yogurt was far better and good to the last drop.
We received word at 4:53 CST time that Oliver Ryan had arrived at 4:32 CST and was a healthy 8 lbs. 1 oz. 19.5 inch long cutie pie.
Naturally, we jumped for joy.
I'm pretty sure I could hear some bobas and M&Ms sloshing around in those tummies!
