This morning, I put Everett in the playroom with the ottoman in the doorway so I could vacuum. The ottoman was chosen because it would keep Everett in but I could still easily peek at him. But, it wasn't long before I heard the familiar sound of the playroom chairs moving on the wood floor. I knew the chair had not been in the playroom but just outside the door instead. Sure enough, I found him using the chair as a walker after he had easily pushed the ottoman to the side.
He walked the chair a very long way...
and then took a rest.
Message received. Everett can no longer be contained by the ottoman.

Nice trick Everett!
Oh dear. It's quite disconcerting when our little ones figure out our tricks to keep them safe. Hee, hee! Go, Everett, go!
Better he pushed the ottoman than climbed, right?! The "walker" is hilarious! Mr Motor now.
XOXO
Good job Everett!
Love, Aunt Carolyn
