We survived our repipe and are not ready to tackle the kitchen remodel yet. But, as I mentioned before, we are still on a mission to make our house more like our home. So, here are a few changes in the last week. First, a new headboard! A vision and supplies that I have had for a while but only took a few hours to actually complete. Here it is in all of it's glory - and our bed without the bedding. :)

Second, a "command center" of sorts. This week I added a second shoe basket, the magnet board, and bar/basket/hooks. Now wallets, keys, sunglasses, and fliers have a home - and it's not the kitchen counter!! (I thought it was serendipitous that my valentine card from Paul had an 'I heart U' magnet in it and I had just bought the magnet board THAT day!)
(I bought the write-on wall calendar a few years back but didn't put in our temporary houses. It is unreasonably small but I will find a way to use it - maybe just for kids. Hmmm...)
Third, the smallest change - new art. The kids bath upstairs was bugging me and I wasn't wanting to hang photos (love them, but they are the majority of my wall decor already) so these colorful prints were the perfect fit.
