At the beginning of July, Everett FINALLY started walking around like we knew he could since the first of May!
And, just to rub it in that he was fully capable, he added a mostly full gallon jug of bubbles to the equation on July 8th.
But, for the most part, he just enjoyed exploring the world above ground level...
and checking things out with his big sister.
It was fun to see him participating in different ways.
Backyard play was totally different as he walked around in the grass...
and was showered with rose petals.
And caring for the baby doll looked a lot different too.
Though he never really knew how to check on the baby once she was on his back!
Of course, with every new development comes new challenges...
but it's great to have him "up" with the rest of us.

I love the way his tongue is helping with his balance in the picture carrying the bubbles. Go Everett, it was sure fun watching you get around on our vacation!
