"Thanksmas" Vacation - III - Dinosaurs!

On November 13th, we went on an outing to visit dinosaurs!  It is quite a business...

and Emily was pretty terrified when she was immediately swallowed whole.

Everett was not as concerned for her...

but that changed when HE was swallowed!

(No, Nana didn't hold him up in the T-Rex, why do you ask?!)

We had a few minutes before our fossil dig, so Emily grabbed a map and led our dinosaur tour!

  

But, soon it was time to return...

to the front...

for a 15 minute fossil dig.

At the end, Emily was able to take three fossils with her...

and we went back on the path to finish our tour.

 

The path was a full circle, and we ended up back at the front for a lot of fun on the playground.

Which worked well to erase the terror that we had just experienced.
