So, we went back to the hotel and Emily and Daddy successfully napped for 2 hours. Everett, on the other hand, decided that he wasn't in need of a nap. WHAT?! I was pretty certain that he did! Oh well. It gave us time to wander the hotel, meet the concierge, and map out our afternoon. So, when the time came, we were out the door and on our way! Of course, Everett decided that a good nap time would be the last 10 minutes we were in the car!

He was totally adorable (and NEEDED the sleep) but we pulled him out anyway and I strapped him on for our next adventure...

the bay cruise!

We did have a little time before our boat left so we ran over for some lunch...

before setting sail. Our cruise went out under the Golden Gate Bridge, and around Alcatraz.

But Everett was mainly interested in the birds.

Once we docked, we walked over to see the sea lions at Pier 39...

before heading to Aunt Mo and Uncle Rick's for dinner. Everett was REALLY happy to see their three doggies (especially Ruby)...

and Emily really love the "twirly" stairs and the socializing.

It was very nice to be invited over for a yummy dinner...

but we had to split right around 8 because of our two tired little ones. Mainly our one REALLY tired little one. He was so distraught as we left that I don't even think he saw the view from their house!

But, he was calm for the ride home and slept peacefully through the night, so hooray!

I agree!Looks like a GREAT Good Friday! Great pics!
What a great Good Friday for sure, Everett! Looks like you were in need of a nap all day but fared pretty well despite being tired. Your bay cruise looked like a great place to see lots of birdies and Aunt Mo's doggies looked like real pals. Can't wait to see what you do on Saturday...
I hope Everett got to enjoy the view from the house later in your trip! So much to see, so much to do in San Francisco! The kids will always love trips to Aunt Mo's!
XOXO
