Everett Goes Shopping

While Emily was at school on October 29th, Everett and I ran some errands.  When we went in the sporting goods store, I let Everett lead the way and do his own shopping.  As soon as we walked, he made a beeline to the balloon.

Then he shook hands with a lady...

on his way to more balloons!

That's when he spotted his friend...

this guy.

After touring the shoes and the snow gear, we made it to an area with balls.  Everett's favorite!!

I let him pick out a pack and, right away, he wanted to show his new friend.

Then he carried them up to check out.

Except, he got distracted and ditched his ping pong balls...

for some footballs by the register!

Somehow, I managed to get his mind back on the little balls, and he completed the task at hand.

He was very happy with is purchase and, as always, had to have one for each hand.

But only one when we went to pick up Emily.
