As if November 3rd wasn't a big enough day with soccer, Daddy and Me, and Pinkalicious! That evening, just before bed, I took Emily up to the playroom to share with her my prized possessions from childhood. My Barbies. She was excited!
She has PLENTY of princesses, but this was her first time playing with a Barbie and she wanted to check out every little thing they did.
After just a few minutes to inspect, she had to put Barbie to bed and get in her own as well.
But, the next morning, she stayed in her room for hours playing with all of it.
And MANY hours since.
Honestly, it was hard to hand over some of the ones I took extra special care of, but Emily is enjoying them as much as I used to so it is totally worth it!

Oh boy! The Barbies have aged well and their convertible and canopy bed will make Emily's "stories" very elaborate, no doubt!! Can't wait for the above ground pool and lounges to come into play! Where is the monster RV??
