Sunday Funday

Our new Sunday fun is going to the farmers market for some fresh and nutritious goodies and then stopping by a nearby stable to visit the animals on the way home. Last Sunday, we arrived when a young girl was taking her horse out for a walk and the kids were invited to pet the horse! Then we hung out with the rooster, goats, and remaining horses for a little while.

This Sunday, there was a woman there with a farrier who was reshoeing her horse. As she brushed her horse and talked with the farrier, she also told us the names of the animals and gave us some fresh hay to feed Mallet who was in the pasture closest to us.

Emily and Everett never want to leave when it's time. I wonder what we'll get to do next week!
